This mat absorbs a ton of sweat! I am a waterfall of presipitation and at no point do I slip. The design provides amazing drishti points for focus.

Sankalpa: Allow this practice to create space. May my true light shine through the space created in this practice, guiding my heart, hands, and tongue. May my actions be those that honor the infinite within us all.

Favorite Pose: Samasitihi - It represents the beginning and the end of practice

Biography:Morgan began practicing Ashtanga Yoga in 2008 after taking a workshop with Kino MacGregor. He made frequent trips to study with Kino in his hometown of Miami Beach during his first two years of practicing, and in 2011 he made his first trip to Mysore, India to study with my teachers' teacher, R. Sharath Jois, at the Sri K. Patthabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute. Morgan have returned yearly to India studying directly from the lineage of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (Guruji) as he taught it. In 2014 he was asked by Sharath to assist in the shala, and was blessed with the honor of sharing this lineage with others as an authorized teacher. Morgan's aim as a yoga teacher is to serve the student and facilitate a safe space where they can discover for themselves their own connection between the physical body and mental strength.
